*New & Used item(s) purchases are different. Return policies with any Used items sold "AS IS". Please ensure reading the below where policies refer differently to New & Used items.

We use the following shippers lo area: United States Postal Service, FedEx, United Parcel Service.

RETURNS

Any New Item(s) you are not satisfied with for any reason must be returned 14 days from date of delivery.

For *Used item(s) that are not in "AS IS (as shipped)" condition item(s) the Used item(s) must be returned 7 days from date of delivery to you (*you cannot return any Used item(s) due to your not being "satisfied", you can only return Used item(s) if those Used item(s) are received by you in any other than AS IS condition). If you receive from GGG a Used item(s) that are in as-shipped condition including, but not limited to, operating and appearing correctly as described, as advertised & as photographed & it is purchased by you from GGG it is AS-IS with NO RETURNS. Please ensure you for sure want to keep any Used item(s) that is received AS IS since there is no return of Used item(s), Used item(s) sold AS IS.

If you receive from GGG a New item(s) that is in as-shipped condition including, but not limited to, operating and appearing correctly as described/as advertised and not damaged or with visible wear and is shipped back by you to GGG as item was advertised and originally shipped to you by GGG for any your personal reason you want to return the New item(s) then your New item(s) may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

***To receive a full refund for any New item(s) that you are not "satisfied" with those New item(s) must be returned in:

- Original, as-shipped condition

- With all original manufactures or distributors packaging it was shipped to you in

- Items have no signs of use/wear/damage other than (for example) if you tested/operated item(s) including, but not limited to, turning on power and moving control knobs on item(s)

General Terms:

- Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs (unless the item was received not as described; see more on "not as described" below).

- Item(s) will be inspected by GGG for any damage, wear, missing components or original manufacturer or distributor packaging to determine the proper refund amount if refund is to be could be full or partial refund based on our inspection upon receiving back from you. Buyer receives proper refund of their payment method for item(s) less any shipping costs as long as item(s) are as-shipped condition (buyer receives free return shipping only if item is received by you in "not as described" condition).

RETURNED IN ANY CONDITION OTHER THAN AS-SHIPPED If your item(s) are returned within 14 days of delivery but arrives to GGG in a condition that is damaged, shows significant use, or is missing parts/components - we will apply a minimum 5% restocking fee based on the damage or wear assessment by GGG. You will then be offered a refund with the restocking fee applied. If you do not wish to accept the refund with restocking fee, and would rather have item shipped back to you for the cost of shipping through UPS or a comparable courier, we can repack and ship out your item(s) and you must then pay for our normal shipping rate of said item(s).

If any New item(s) is received by you and it is past the 14 days GGG return policy mentioned above but still if you experience factory defects then if item(s) is under warranty or otherwise at your desire please contact the manufacturer to return to manufacturer where you would need contact the applicable company department to inquire the return of item(s).

If any New or Used item(s) are received by you in a defective condition (for Used items that was not in "AS IS" as described in the advertisement) and if you are within for New item(s) 14 days of you receiving it or for Used item(s) 7 days of receiving it please it is best to then immediately upon receiving item(s) to contact GGG by email at [email protected] to then arrange for shipping paid by GGG. Buyer receives full refund of their payment method for item(s) less any shipping costs as long as item(s) are not as described condition (& meeting the other conditions ***above).
